About Benjamin Christian Spiske

Ben Spiske is an architect, certified General Contractor in the State of Florida, and an internationally experienced expert in vertical flight and aviation infrastructure. Based between Europe and the United States, he works at the intersection of architecture, real estate development, construction, and advanced aviation systems.
He currently serves as President and Architect at SunConsult® Home Service Company, where he advises private and institutional clients on residential and commercial real estate development, modernization, and investment strategy across the Miami–Fort Lauderdale region. His approach combines German craftsmanship standards, architectural clarity, and pragmatic execution.
In parallel, Ben is Architect & Expert for Vertical Flight Infrastructure at BATT Suisse, where he leads the integration of architectural design, real estate strategy, and technical aviation requirements for heliports, vertiports, and rooftop flight infrastructure. His work focuses on sustainable, regulation-compliant solutions for complex urban and healthcare environments, bridging national and international standards.
Ben brings over 20 years of experience in architecture, construction systems, and international key-account leadership. His career includes senior roles at Bayards Heliport Solutions, Owens Corning, and Trespa, where he led market development, strategic sales, and large-scale architectural projects across Europe, EMEA, and Latin America. He is known for translating complex technical solutions into clear, decision-ready strategies for developers, architects, operators, and public stakeholders.
He holds a Diploma in Architecture from Technische Hochschule Nürnberg and is licensed as a Certified General Contractor (Florida, Chapter 489).
