Our goal at Yumari Digital is to provide inspiring and educational digital products to help our clients level up in their businesses. If you’ve ordered a digital product provided by Yumari Digital and are unhappy with it, please contact us within 30 days of your order date to request a refund.

SERVICES
At Yumari Digital, we pride ourselves on delivering personalized services tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. Due to the custom nature of our offerings, we have implemented a no-refund policy for Services. This policy ensures that the time, effort, and resources we dedicate to crafting solutions for our clients reflect their specific goals and requirements. Each project involves extensive collaboration, research, and customization, which makes it difficult to apply a standard refund approach.

POST-COMPLETION SUPPORT
If you have purchased Post-Completion Support by Yumari Digital, then Yumari Digital is guaranteed to repair any technical issues or other errors after your project is deemed complete. Please refer to your estimate or invoice for Post-Completion Support time coverage.

Post-Completion Support includes copy editing, image adjustments, technical repairs, and prepress production. Service additions and design changes are not included in the Post-Completion Support period and will be treated as separate projects. Post-Completion Support is subject to 3rd party limitations. We cannot refund any forfeiture of your Post-Completion Support.

Should you need support during your Post-Completion Support period, please contact us promptly, and we will be happy to assist.

SUBSCRIPTIONS
Yumari Digital offers high-quality subscription services for clients as a way to help ease their burden of having to re-estimate regular projects and resubmit recurring payments.

Subscriptions are automatically charged on a pre-agreed basis (monthly, quarterly, annually, etc.) Please see your Estimate, Payment Link, or Invoice for details. Due to the custom nature of our Subscription Services, our subscription services operate under a no-refund policy.

Clients may cancel their subscription in writing before the next renewal period begins. Additionally, clients have the option to cancel in writing within 7 calendar days after the renewal date, on the condition that no work has been performed for the new period. Should you wish to cancel your subscription, please contact us promptly to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.

PRODUCTS OR SERVICES BY THIRD PARTIES
Yumari Digital cannot refund orders placed by third-party providers. Any products or services provided by a 3rd party are subject to the refund policy of the 3rd party, not Yumari Digital. Yumari Digital cannot guarantee a refund from third-party providers. If you choose to order printed collateral, digital products, or other products via Yumari Digital from a 3rd party, please first familiarize yourself with the 3rd party’s refund policy.
